Tips

• Be Brave. This is no place to be boring, which don’t get confused, that doesn’t mean it has to be over the top, it can still be understated and amazing, just go for it! The entry way deserves its moments as much or even more as a living room does. It wants to say, “this is our home, this is who we are, we welcome you”

• These areas tend to get a lot of traffic-be smart. Pick items that can hold up and take a beating (or hide a stain)

• The entry should whisper what is to come for the rest of the house.

• We love a space with a chest or a table and s seat or bench. A little added storage is always an added bonus.

• A well designed place for a few guys coats to quickly get stored away is a bonus! (expand on this)

• A mirror for that last minute look or also an opportunity to reflect light in the space.

• Art!

• And the light fixture has to sing!!!
