  • Tends to not get as much much use as other rooms, put can see an large increase with traffic at time of entertaining

  • Figure out what the largest use would be: Entertainment, Relaxation, TV Watching

  • What will be the focal point? Fireplace, windows, piano, built ins?

  • How will room be broken down based on main priorities?

    • Quiet Work (we believe that a library can also be a study (undetectable if needed). Items can always be tucked away, laptop, printer, a files. We love this because then the room can be more useful on a regular basis.
